Godlr is led by Mahe Pahariya, an IIT (BHU) engineering alumnus and IIM Calcutta MBA with more than 25 years of experience across technology, delivery, consulting, and leadership.

Before building recruiting brands, Mahe spent years working close to real technology execution. That includes understanding how engineering teams are structured, how delivery pressure changes hiring priorities, how different tech stacks affect role design, and where companies usually make the wrong hires. That perspective helps Godlr evaluate roles with more context and ask better questions earlier in the process.
